Ridgelines range of boots are all designed and tested for support and durability, whether you’re hunting or hiking, we’ve got a pair that will suit.
Our boots are either high cut for maximum support and protection, or mid cut for a medium level that will still help keep your ankles from rolling, keep your feet drier, and protect you from scratches nicks and bites. Low cut boots don’t do so well for hunters or serious hikers.
Where hikers emphasize ventilation to keep feet cool, hunting requires maximum durability. Both of which Ridgeline boots will provide, as well as all being waterproof!
PRO-TIP: Wearing gaiters over your boots will prevent them from getting wet in long grass, this makes sure water doesn't enter the top of the boot and leak inside the insulation.
Hiking and hunting boots both need grippy and durable rubber soles. The best rubber on the market is made by Vibram, which has a reputation for high quality, durability, and traction. We use Vibram cupsoles with hunting-specific tread designs, like the anti-slip and shock-absorbing ‘wheel gear’ that protects the ankle from jarring.
All our boots have a 3M Thinsulate TM lining to keep your feet dry and provide ultimate warmth in even the coldest and soggiest of conditions.
